I’m back at the 5 plate club! Slowly but surely I am getting back to where I once was. This injury I had last year was devastating to me. It has taken a lot of mental as well as physical focus to get back to where I once was. We’re very close to hitting the 500+ club… thats next. One day at a time. one heavy ass squat session at a time! It’s not over yet!
