Lower Body Session

I’m back with another lower body session. After taking a week off due to some pain in my lower back, I find myself going lighter than usual today but really focusing on my movement and just making sure I don’t feel any kind of pain. These things do happen. But attitude is everything and i just need to maintain focus and continue with the plan ahead.
