Today we did a lower body session with our good buddy David Mathas. I’m not sure if it was the setting buy I felt a bit off on this one. I think more so because It was a much more relaxed setting and it was later in the day. But overall we had a good workout, no crazy lifts on this one but still pushing forward to getting up to 600+lbs squats…
