If you’ve been paying attention, you might have noticed that I slipped in a solid little powerlifting meet recently. I kind of kept it low key, but ultimately, I wanted to test myself on the platform again to see where I am. And the result wasn’t too shabby. I didn’t hit any grandiose PRs, but considering where I was over a year ago, I’ll take it.
So, I’ve been prepping myself for nationals. And I wanted to give you the chance to follow along and see what I’m up to.
